Hi I’m new to ball bumping, I just ordered my setup today. I don’t really know what to expect. Any advice for a beginner

Start gentle, Like you can just feel the tube vac lock onto you, for like the first couple of sessions.
Pump for 10-20 mins, massage and take a break, your skin will adapt quickly.
