Re: Epsom Salt
It's good for your skin.
Helps stop itching.
Replenishes magnesium which is supposed to have a calming effect....pretty sure it's negligible.
I have pumped with and with out it. The only problem I had was when I mixed it too strong.
Since we are using negative pressure it's not actually going to enter the body on a grand scale.
Some people swear by it. I cant tell a difference.

Re: Epsom Salt
I think the thing that makes the biggest difference is the warm water.
A heating pad keeps the water warm and the skin loose so the fluid has space to migrate to.
Hair conditioner as a lubricant reduces abrasions but it must be applied regularly when it starts to dry out.

Definately warm water.
Use a heating pad.
Shea butter stays on a long time. However, it't hard to clean off a tube.
Keeps your skin soft though.
I coat the first couple of inches of my tube with it and then use conditioner to help glide in.
Conditioner is the best idea

Re: Epsom Salt
So I just picked up some epsom salt today and have been in the tube for about and hour and a half. So far I have not seen a significant benefit in size VS time. Maybe after another hour or two I’ll see quicker gains. I went in about 24 hours after a 5 hour marathon pump so I already had considerable size, have not gotten to the size of yesterday yet. From my little experience so far the only benefit I’ve seen from it is relaxing the tissue in the scrotum more or less.
Keep on Pumping!
