Damn... I pump daily.. for 2-5h per day.. for month? and I feel like you are getting bigger O.o

You might give yourself a long break after pumping for a whole month. Breaks are important, especially when the boys seem unresponsive.
Let them get almost back to normal and go for it again.

You might want to try an every other day routine for a while. I get the most gains in the first 60-90 minutes. I believe a pause between productive sessions is better than a 5 hour marathon. Mix it up. Find out what works best for you and when you stop getting good results take a break but don't become discouraged.

But usually I feel some gain in 30-60 but.. its usually just testicle "expansion" but to have sack atleast a bit fuller I need to go for hours.
Trying to drink alot, pump from 3-8 with "open valve" so i pump constantly for.. 10+min while watching porn or movie or anything.
After that I usually switch for new warm water and pump up to 5-6 hg and keep it there sometimes repump etc.. when I feel water getting colder I just switch water again..
I keep "handlotion" on whole area so it does not get sore. Helps alot (+ i get it free in work so.. cheaper as lubricants).
I have litterally no precum.. so if I try "drypump" .. I have to use quite a bit of lotion for it..
And if I pump to night I wake up with.. basicly starting sack with a bit enlarged testicles so.. I dont feel any proper gains
I hoped kind off that if I get a better shaped cylinder instead of normal.. It could expand to sides more not just.. trying to expand in lenght.
Yet.. I like that longer sack effect.. but I cannot work with sack weighted down I got to move alot in work.. so stretching is kind of hard when I want to focus more on pumping.

You are doing everything correctly so I understand your frustration.
For some reason the boys don't always cooperate under perfect circumstances.
Don't be discouraged and stop trying. Sometimes you just explode effortlessly and other times the boys repeatedly get big with zero fluid accumulation even after days of pumping.
Some guys swear by Epsom salts, it might work for you.
I coordinated my sessions with high tide for some time with no noticeable difference.
I have tried supplements and even coconut and alkaline water. There is no magic bullet except for infusion which would give me the willies.
For some reason the boys don't always cooperate under perfect circumstances.

And I actually tried infusions.. few.. saline and glucose too its.. what I would love to have partly, but..
1. Expensive to do often.
2. Still abit dangerous even with doing everything properly.. 1 mistake and..
3.... 1 pump lasts years.. 1 infusion of saline.. lasts 2+- days glucose 3+- ..
I would even go for hydroceles.. I know it sounds weird but getting permagains on balls..
Some people wrote about a bit "beating the balls" smacking them etc to help with blood and fluid flows...
Did not help as much I think.. yet weirdly I started to like it O.o THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS WEIRD fetish (to those people_!)

Pics from a long session I did last night - about three hours, spaced out over the evening. Stayed up late and blew up nicely; working all the wrinkles out of my sack slowly but surely Got to 11" around (I know, that's unpumped size for some of you vets).
Have a forced break coming up for a three week overseas vacation, so I'm feeling extra greedy for cylinder time lately. Very tempted to do it all again tonight.
