To inflate the base of the cock try pumping cock alone after you have pumped the whole package. I have seen guys who pump cock and balls, then pump cock alone and then pump cock and balls again. Bozwoz after reading you comment I had to look at some of my old cock pumping pics from 2010 to 2014. I was able to total pack
a 2.5 x 9 tube with very little ball skin pulled into the tube so I will try that "after" I get the MT Sr.

BigBallz I think I understand what your saying. I think that's just part of package pumping, no matter how small the opening you'll get some pull on there. The only way to avoid that would be to pump just the balls that I know of.
These set of pics were me trying to fill the jar to the size I can while dry pumping. My boys react differently between wet and dry pumping. It took about 3 days 2 sessions each pumping wet to get there.
