I first started stretching with leather stretcher...but needed more weight and length so went to the stainless steel ball weights. I'll sometimes use the leather stretcher if I ball pump and can't fit in the metal weights
I have an 8" leather ball stretcher from Backlasleather.com but want to get a longer stretch to my knees so I've been wearing these donut shaped ball weights from thechaingang.com and I'm up to almost 6 lbs already...The most weight so far has been 8.5 lbs. These weights total 150 mm.
as a pumper none of the purpose designed stretchers fit anymore. i have been experimenting with wrist and ankle weights for working out as well as pulling everything through the handle or a bell weight and wrapping with something to keep it from coming off to get some stretch going. i have even put 10 lbs of weights in the bottom of my 4x14 straight pump tube, but i am bottoming out on them now. i'd love to find something more streamlined that i could wear more regularly and for longer periods of time. i have always been of the opinion that weight stretching along with pumping is the best combination for getting bigger.
