So um, I tried to resist pumping until tonight, but I couldn’t. Soooo I did an hour of pumping just now here’s the results. I sensing some great results tonight I’m hoping. Mind you this here is without any lubrication. and of course taking Shatavari and Vitex. Only 4 days, as of today, on the Vitex

Questioning about pumping tonight. Work just has me wore out, plus got a lot to do tomorrow :T If not tonight, I'll try and get in 4 hours tomorrow night. Just wore out. I need a foot massage, leg massage, everything massage lol.

Well I bit the bullet and ordered some in today. Sadly no-one seems to ship the Roar stuff to the UK, so I'll have to see what % saponins are in the Pukka Capsules I bought:

Interested to see if it makes any difference. Could I ask...the roar tablet you guys have been using....are they 1200mg capsules, or does it say 1200mg but is actually 2 x 600 mg tablets as per the dosage advise?

The Roar brand is 600 mg per capsule. I’m currently taking 6 a day with 1 Vitex, 500 mg, and a 50 mg thing of Zinc :3

Did around 2 hours of pumping this morning. Miss this size Probably will pump more tonight before bed. Want to get some size like I usually can. Only reasons I didn’t go further this morning is because of it being morning. And also, I was starting to get the burning sensation by the end of the 2 hour mark. But I got some Bag Balm on so I’m good if I pump more tonight I’ll be sure to update

Got another pumping session in this morning before work Just over an hour and half. I maintained some size from yesterday and figured I’d go ahead and get some this morning. I heavily miss my huge size I can normally get, but this is pleasing either way definitely gonna get a MTJ soon. First was like “I don’t need one”. But I kinda want one now. My hope is if I get my massive size I usually can in my BMM, then transfer into the Mj, with any luck I could probably fill it. Hoping anyway. Just hoping I’ll have room for it in my drawer lol.

i think i'm defiantly see results after pumping, since they do feel bigger now i took 3 Shatavari and 1 vitex here are some of my results. any comments?

Lovely results Sadly won’t be pumping more for a bit. But will be doing some tail hole stretching at some point even though it’s been hot and stuff today, I’d say my size is holding up well. I know it has gone down since this morning though. But it’s all good

i'm kind of in the same shoes my work dose wear me out since i'm a closing manager at a grocery store, so my nights are long. sometimes i work 6 days a week or sometimes 5 days a week. i would love to see some tail hole stretching pics,

Yeah it sucks. Im a lot associate so I’m always outside doing the manual labor in the heat, rain, cold, whatever. So it sucks when I want to pump but too worn out to do so lol. And I’ve been wanting to post my tail hole progress. I suppose I could make a new thread for it here

Yeah. I’ve tried it myself but I always screw it up some way. So I’m kinda just sticking to stretching. So far it feels like I’m getting the right lips either way. Hoping to progress when I get my new toy and stuff.
