Glans through and through pierced

This is as far as I know a new idea. The pierce goes straight thru the head and the curved barbell is locked in place. I think it is quite nice, PIV is however impossible.

It does pass thru like an apadravya. It can be used for weights or be connected to a chain. Or anything else a dominant can imagine.
