Silicone bead implant to scrotum

Hey I've been eyeballing silicone injections for quite awhile but have always been put off by the potential of death. So I've been thinking of there's an alternative to this that's more permanent than saline and glucose.

Enter silicone beads. Since it's not a liquid and is too big to enter the bloodstream I'm thinking it should give a similar effect to liquid silicone. I'm real keen on giving it a try but I'm not really a doctor and have no experience with stuffing foreign objects into my body so if you guys could chip in with thoughts and stuff that would be great.

Yes. I'm not too keen on the 2 pairs of balls look. i was hoping for a more blob sack look like the guys that do silicone.

I'd think tiny beads might migrate. 5mm better?

i think it dont work.
the nutsack is not a hole bag with the testicles inside.
ther are just skin layers inside, just a fluid can migrate inside.
for things like silicone balls you must destroy the layer and make a hole.
also you dont like unsterile things from china inside your body, maybe you dont survive it.
please forget it!
