Cutting Top of Glans

Hi all, Looking for some advice.

I have a PA currently at 7mm that i am happy with, and several years ago i cut my frenum which I talked about in the thread titled Changing the frenum/frenulum.

Recently i have been reading MetalInside's thread titled My Meatotomy story... its going on!

Whilst I am not wanting a Meato or full Head Split, I am thinking about cutting or tying the top of my Glans to open up my urethra a little.

Any advice or experience about the best way to go about this welcomed

I have both a meato and split head I just cut a little at a time until you get the results you want. I now use a scalpel heated red hot and it cuts and seals at same time. No blood at all

I have a full split glans and am constantly toying with undercutting each half, just enough for them to survive, but enough to watch them flap around on the end of my cock when I jerk off. LOL

Like you I have been cutting a little at a time using a scalpel, stopping when the bleeding gets too much.
I am interested in your method using heat. My question to you is what level of pain do you experience?
Also when healing is there any blistering?
