after hanging around in the forum I've found my new addiction.

To get some nice low hangers I've started to use rings.

I think there is little doubt that ball stretching is addictive. I don't know why this is so but it's certainly the case for many guys who enjoy the practice.

There are several beneficial effects and a good strong pull on your balls feels great.

It's a good addiction.

after nearly two years there is some progress:

I didn't use rings but manual treatment during sleepless periods at night only:
