I want to stretch my balls . What size weights should I start off with?

I would say to start with about 8 ounce. I now use the oval weights and they’re very comfortable for long term wear

Just insure you get the right diameter. Can be a surprise to those around you when a metal ring hits the floor

Agree with all above, light weight and the right diameter to avoid slippage.

Wear when your balls are relaxed like to bed all night to stay comfortable and add small amounts of weight over time

Never force too quickly, allow your balls to lengthen naturally.

Add in some manual stretching and you see faster gains

How will I know what is the right diameter?

You can measure with a string and do the math. I’ve linked to how you do it in Jarod’s Guide.

The link is in the menu. Convert your measurement to millimeters before calculating or measure in millimeters. Measure several times and use the average.
