Sad experience with a fat PA 10mm... the hole stretched almost to the point the I've done a meatotomy.

I want to get it back but with all the pumping I've a huge doughnut to figure into the re-do.

I've just bout a cautery pen and some numbing cream... the first time I started with a 4mm needle and BCR then stretched it.

I just wanna get straight back to and maybe bigger asap!

My theory is... drag the skin back but aim 25mm further down the shaft?

Then perhaps all the extra doughnut will work with me?

My skin is well lets just say I've also lost 23 nipple piercings because the migration...

You could also try an RPA, a lot more to hold it in and if it dose grow out you have an awsome split glans.
This is what I will do in the next few weeks, get a 6 or 8 gauge RPA, I definitely miss the weight of the PA that I got to 00 gauge over 5 years of stretching.
