Yes I have ben using ky for many years Never had issues
My scrotum is now permanently much bigger
My cock is 10 inches in circumference flaccid

I only use straight ky but warm it up first so it is quite fluid
As far as injection sites I maintain my size very well so do not inject often in my cock but do not have any issues when I do
My scrotum has 2 large encapsulated balls that do not need top ups at all. So easy to manage
