I went from a girth of 4.5" to a permanent 6.7" at midpoint. The base of my penis is about 7.5" in permanent girth.
The dr. also injected silicone in my glans and increased their size quite nicely.

I added 250cc of silicone to my balls. The increase in size for my balls was significantly more than 250cc as my body produced collagen to contain the silicone oil. I think I have close to a 500cc permanent increase in scrotum size.
