don't the long large diameter toys go up under your ribs and push against the lungs ?

the most toys are to short to go under the ribs, 32cm are go til the ribs.longer toys must be soft to go with the intestine.

ah, ok. I have an 18 inch x 2-1/4 inch one. I cut the balls down so that I could get the whole thing in. including the base. I had to make sure to tuck it under my rib cage. it felt out of this world! I got sick for a while and got out of practice. now i'm working to get back to where I was. I rode it up to the balls today. another month should be all it takes.

don´t buy cheap silicone ball bags from china, they are very little, not so stretchy , skinny and hard silicone

I've had that Amazon ball bag for a couple years. Works great, but it's starting to get a few cracks. Gonna split one of these days. I put talcum powder on everything, helps comfort.
