How did your Doctor react to the implants?

Has it made sex difficult?

I have been stretching 20 years now and this is something I want to go into next. (I think I have stretched enough to create the space for more or replacements.)

I'm not sure. My tendancy is to go big, but with something like this, I want to get it right. I have the extra skin to support good sized implants, but I don't want to over do it.

Hi someone said that it might migrate to unwanted areas. But I think there is some guy, monstermeat, who did that. I would think the best of both worlds would be a loose silicone balloon and then fill that with silicone then it would solidify? I can't find silicone balloons for the life of me. If anybody knows where I can find implant-like dippable silicone, I would be very grateful. I want to make a silicone balloon with a water soluble 3d printed drip mold. Long thin neck to a silicone balloon. I would use it for internal belly inflation but thats a different kink.

I'm relatively new to this forum but I must say that in the short time I've been here I'm truly blown away by the ingenuity shown in the persuit of big bollocks!

I've spent all afternoon reading though this topic and find myself in awe! I would absolutely love to do something similar with my sac. The feeling of having the weight dangling between your legs must be breath taking. Not sure how I could get it done on the quiet (other half might notice a secretly installed second set of balls and it might be a tough sell for a UK doctor to install them) but I can but dream.

I will content myself knowing that people like Bigballsnow are there pushing the envelope on what's possible and look forward to any updates on his fine knackers.

What medical obstacles are there to enhancing balls?
It's done on animals, can't be impossible for humans.
Maybe the veterinarian from Breaking Bad would put some bull balls in.
Then I wouldn't have to pump every day!
