Saturday night is prototype night

l have been playing around with different designs for a while now. Here are the latest 5, l have about a 50% success rate in terms of getting the shape and sensation we crave. Wish us luck

The one in the top row in the center looks interesting. What is the extra fitting that goes down the center inside?
It looks like you're not using quick releases. How do you get the hose on/off?

How do you get the flange? Do you just heat it and shape it how you want?

Yeah just use a hot air gun/oven, and take your time. You need to wear leather work gloves whilst shaping and waiting for it to cool down and hold its new shape.

The rod actually goes across the tube it an optical illussion, I have some 35mm clear rod on order to do a vertical rod with in the cup, as a "shape enhancer"

Yeah these are just rough and ready protos, so no quick releases, so I just use a brake bleeder and push on hose. I need to source some quick release fittings for the final models.

The top right proto was an absolute hit she loved it, we only had a short session but the shape it created was fantastic, 2 others were very good and the other 2 need work.
