How did you mold the cup to get that shape?

SFBallpumper, moulding plastic cups like that can be done easily at home, with a few simple items. You will need some insulated or heatproof gloves, tongs, a good flat surface like a glass or wooden surface like a chopping board.
Method one, place your cup on the middle shelf in a low heat oven, and keep an eye on it. Do not use a toaster oven, a full size oven is needed to keep your cup from flames or radiant heat. You can physically check the cup at regular intervals to check its softness, or visually when you see it starting to sag/collapse. Remove it from the oven, and using your chopping board and gloves, shape it to your desired design. Let it air cool, to set the shape. You can water cool it, but some plastics will become brittle if cooled to quickly.

Method two, use a very good hairdryer, or a heat gun to soften the cup for moulding. With a heat gun or hairdryer, you can work on shaping one side at a time as above.

If you have access to a belt sander or linisher, you can shape the cup for a better fit.

Plastic cups are cheap enough that you can afford to experiment with shapes and designs. The vacuum fittings are readily available on Ebay.
