I don't think it's possible to obtain silicone yourself without a medical license, all stories I've read about silicone injections are performed by a doctor.

Why not start with Saline? It seems a lot less drastic, and it's temporary, so you can see if you like it. Jacco on here has done a ton of pics and videos with saline injections. The search for anything older than a month or two is pretty messed up, so you might have to click on her profile and sort it to show all her posts and go from there...

I use dermol cream on them. Its been a noticable difference for sure, theres been side effects too, i noticed increase pubic hair growth, im more horny and sensitive it seems too.
