I went to the profile page to change my password as the password that I was given was too long, I don't remember my current password as I changed it so many times. I even used the passwored that I was given to no avail.

I had the same problem some years back and finally became fed up as the ADMIN wouldn't reset send a me a temporary password. So I started a new handle and I have had no problems since.
