Private message Problems?

lately I've been getting this error message when someone sends me a PM....
You are not authorized to read private messages that are on hold.
anyone else?

It took me a long time to figure it out, but they're usually on hold because your mailbox is full.

Be nice to know how to delete messages been looking now for an hour and nothing. I have same problem with told inbox is full!

Ok at last I’ve worked out how to delete old messages! Inbox now not full but still get that annoying message saying can’t view ffs.
