I'm thinkin' about getting a 2.5" cylinder, the one in the images is a 2.25". I can pack that one, and it works out to about 7" girth.

FYI, if you ever reach a point where you seem to be "hitting the wall" and your gains are plateauing, you might consider purchasing a QS-7 Electronic Vacuum Pump from Pumptoys.com. I've heard good things about it, specifically that it makes the tunica stiffer-feeling rather than spongier-feeling after the penis has been enlarged by pumping. The only thing that has kept me from getting one is its high price point.
