Yes! Get a seal for that tube to reduce the amount of fat pad you pull into the tube. That will help concentrate the vacuum on your balls. The pump toys seal fits a 3.5” to 4.5” tube or jar, in general. Good luck with your progress!

Dry. Not lube... Sometimes i used fistlube. It's great when go washing myself.
