I am using a DTR foreskin stretching device. Stretching the foreskin for me is a slow process, my foreskin now completely covers my glans. That has taken about a year of a bit longer. I am now using the DTR after I finish pumping and my penis has reduced in size enough to fit the appliance. Just “google” for DTR foreskin stretching. Good luck.
