Any guidance/recommendations from experienced pumpers (who have achieved demonstrable long-lasting/permanent results) will be both gratefully accepted and rewarded. Essential facts are below. Thank you in advance!

Pumping Start Date: 1/1/2024
Starting length: 4.5" flaccid / 7.5" erect
Starting girth: 4.5" flaccid / 5.75" erect
Pump Specs: Adorime automatic vacuum pump (4 levels): 1 [-50 to -125Mbar] 2 [-125 to -200Mbar] 3 [-200 to -275Mbar] 4 [-275 to -350Mbar] from Amazon.

Pumping Regimen:

Penis: 20 minutes, once per day/7 days per week at Level 4 using 34 mm sleeve
Testicles: One session per day/7 days per week with no sleeve, increased by 15 seconds per day with 75% of time at Level 2 / 25% of time at Level 3 to avoid significant pain. Current session length is 4 minutes (3 minutes at Level 2, 1 minute at Level 3)

Results To Date:

Current length: 5.0" flaccid / 7.5" erect
Current girth: 6.0" flaccid / 6.25" erect
Duration of effects: 48 hours approx.

For someone just starting out your pressures are very high. Also, you need days off between pumps.

200 mbar is only a touch under 6in Hg Bert - not exactly "very high". I agree that days off are a good idea though.

I tend to find myself doing 2 or 3 days in a row then 1 or 2 days off. Is this suitable?

Sorry. I read that he was pumping at "4." I guess I read it wrong.
