My question is my flaccid stretch is 9 inches but I'm 7 inches now length with pumping, my question is does this mean I can get 9 inches if I keep pumping or any idea what this means?

Bpel 7.5”+ goals 8x8 un pumped.

I was thinking about keep pumping in the he 2.50 tube which is small and work on length. Right now I expand to 7.5-7.6.
