Anal stretching

Years ago I wore a ring like this for up to 24hrs. Id take an enema before hand. The feeling was pretty amazing. Having my rectum open to the air felt amazing. Eventually it would gap enough I could drop golf balls in it. Eventually worked up to a small orange. Would do that before I put my balls in! GO for it it's an amazing feeling .

That sounds interesting. I can't (yet?) wear the ring 24 hours a day. Sleeping with it on doesn't work very well. But otherwise it feels very comfortable to wear. A small orange sounds impressive as a size. Are the rings really that effective? On the one hand, I find this kind of stretching fascinating, but it also scares me a little. Is there a point that should not be exceeded to prevent incontinence?
