How Long Can You Pump and not cause damage

Newbie here and wondering how long (duration) can you pump and not cause permanent damage?

I accidentally did it for almost 4 hours when I fell asleep. It was sore for a couple of days but ok. It’s best to keep it under 2 hours max and don’t overdo the vacuum level. Keep it under 7 in. Hg.

I pump up to 3 hours keeping the pressure way down at 1-2 hg. Im circumcised and at the 3 hour mark my foreskin swells with edema. I’m not into the foreskin bloating so I usually stop there. But even with bloating my unit feels healthy.

If I put the pressure up to 5hg or higher I get bloating in about a hour and a half.

If your just starting do shorter low sessions to build up your resistance and eventually you can go longer.

Keep pressure low it’s a marathon not a race

Been pumping today about 10 hours, getting BM Magnum packed again.
Varying pressure, pee breaks, stay warm, made pizza & apple bread...

My limit is around 3 hours . Generally one hour and forty minutes in the smaller jug ​​and one hour and twenty in the larger jug.

Same as this. My usual is four hours upwards. Sometimes up to nine as above. Lots of water, pee breaks, not too high pressure.
