Beginner about to start pumping..Need Advice

So ive always been a fan of how men fill out jars and pump..i have done saline infusions of 4-5 liters before so im not new to having a huge package but I’ve always wanted to fill out jars.. my country isnt the best when it comes to gears so i just got the pump that seems the best for now.(pic below)
My normal size is abt 6.5” length & 5” girth.
I would love some advice on ; how to start, beginner routines, low long and if i should pump with warm water inside the tube for better filling of the tube.
