Skin damage occurred from pumping too hard for too long. It was superficial, just minor damage to the upper layer of skin. But I was concerned so I went to my dermatologist. I thought it best to let her know what I had been doing. Put some kind of goop on my dick and it was fully healed in a matter of days. She was totally non-judgemental about my pumping and even volunteered that some women were using pumps to plump up their lips. (the ones on their faces)
