Been pumping for close to 3 months now and I'm finally packing my tapered 1.75" within about 45-60 minutes, not including time out of the tube for massaging, etc.
A month ago I fell asleep in the tube and woke up 2.5 hours later and the tube wasn't packed. But now with a few 10hg spikes and cruising along at about 6hg I can pack it in less than an hour. I would like to avoid getting a donut but it seems impossible for someone with an intact foreskin.
Should I be moving up to a 2" tube or do I wait til I pack this one quicker?

I should add I do almost constant kegels and milking the tube. If I don't I seem unable to pack the tube. Is this causing the donut or potentially other problems? Do I just need to be more patient?
