Anybody knows how to get your skin softer and thinner permanently after saline inflations? Is it also possible to do this with an inflation? Thanks!

Not sure what exactly you're looking for but in my experience the opposite will happen, the skin will thicken and toughen up. Natural reaction for any tissue is to grow when stretched so not much you can do about it...

"5Lsal" is right, the scrotum skin gets thicker, that's how it is for me too, you can relax the scrotum skin briefly with a warm bath or sauna. I read that you can do it with Botex and you have to go to a doctor to do it, it should last for about 3-4 months.

I would say infuse very minimal amounts like 50-100 ml and avoid stretching your bag at all. Increasing your maximum size is what causes it to coarsen and thicken after returning to “normal “.
