Would it be possible to open up the urethra down the shaft, but leave the head intact. I don't want to loose my PA!!

The meatotomy can be cut open up to the annular groove. Then the function of the foreskin is retained.

I think you have to start from your pa's hole.
Second chance ist to put a hole below your pa. but the chances are that the flesh bridge will be torn sooner or later.

I was thinking of starting halfway down the shaft, leaving a 'normal' top to my penis. Do you not think that would work?
