How is the feeling with N2O in comparsion to CO2?
I am still waiting for the last and important part. (WEST BIKING MTB Mini Air Pump)

It numbs instead of stinging - imho there is no big difference in comparison to CO2, I'm wondering how long the body needs to absorb NO2
But your CO2 mileage may vary

You should definitely use those bike pumps only with a needle valve attached.
Its adjusting ability isn't very reliable/accurate

I use a needle valve in front of the tire inflator. Good for fine adjustment before you inflate; but not during. Tire inflator alone is a little too risky. Easy to crack open too much flow.
