N20 & Saline
Anyone started the inflation with N20 and then added saline?

Can't contribute to this; but I feel like this would be amazing to try. You most certainly would be able to feel sloshing in your scrotum.

No, don't. A long time ago a user on this forum tried and hurt himself. Think of it this way. You fill a balloon with water, then you blow up the balloon. The gas/liquid do not mix, and the rubber of the balloon is more stretched in the gas portion than the liquid portion.
