I am in my late 40's now, and have pumped my cock off and on for about 28 years. I used to develop a substantial donut in large (over 2-1/2" diameter) tubes. Now, I do not develop a donut anymore. My cock plumps up, up to nearly filling a 2-3/4" diameter tube, but NO donut right beneath the head. And this development is coupled with excessive sheddin when I do pump. I am wiping away much more dead-skin that is peeling off of my cock than in past years.
Anyone else have such problems, or do I perhaps need medical help?
