I took some measurements and did some calculations, I'm currently looking at a few plastic containers as options for diy tit pumps. I am going to do some more testing, I think I might need to go with one if the larger options to allow the pump to go all the way up against her chest.

I would go with 5" dia' but i'm sure you will need at least 12 inches in length. Not sure 9 or 10 will last long, she looks like she'd fill them pretty quickly.

clearplastictube.co.uk have off cuts. 140 mm x 5 mm x 340 mm. Inside is 130mm, 5 1/8" At £ 28.41 ea. 140 mm disc to cap the end at 4.69 ea. You just need connectors and cushion rings to make them comfortable.

I ordered a jar from Amazon. I decided to go with 5" wide since her tits are widest where they attach to her ribs. I went ahead and drilled it and added a tube and pump. I gave it a test drive and the pumptoys stj silicone seal kinda fits on it but it's a stretch. I'll start with one jar and if it works well I'll get another one. I'm excited to see how these fat saggy udders respond to the pump.
