Tightening foreskin

Hi All,

Going through the process of removing my frenulum and stretching my forsaking, I’ve ended up with some additional skin. I’d like to slowly shave it away until by foreskin is tight under my glans and I can pull it over if I want. Any thoughts on how to do this? I’m thinking about clamping and using a cautery pen the cut/fuse the skin, maybe 1/8” inch at time. Would that work? Thanks!

If you do it that way I think you may end up with undesired results. Also if you cut any inner skin the be prepared for a lot (and I mean a lot) of pain. Not sure how you can have both a tight shaft skin and one to pull over. Sutures after cutting will probably be required.
