HELP A NEWCOMER WITH A SCIENTIFIC ROUTINE

Hello experienced Pumpers,

I just started to pump tho month ago and gained half an inch.

I would like to know what is a good pumping routine. What is the saline method and if there are any tricks or ways of doing it better.
