I'm 7in around in circumference now when erect and trying to get more in but running into the same issues with the penis growing more and more blood vessels to support the growing scar tissue and encapsulation tissue under the skin. I have started using a needle without a syringe to look for spots that don't have blood vessels first. After you have injected so much of the Surgilube it starts to cover your ability to see through the skin 80 % opaque and 20% clear. I have one spot I still need to fill but happy with what i've got. I have a medium divot at the top of the head on the right that I need to fill but can't get the needle in that spot without hitting like 3 blood vessels. So i'm thinking about coming around from behind the other side with the needle to get to where I want to inject. Have you had this issue before?

Also the other guy is definitely right tube size x 3.14 to find your circumference. So 2.5in tube x 3.14 = 7.85in around. Which is awesome! Even bigger then me is amazing to see. I did 20ml bottom left and 15 middle right. Would have added more but that was the last of the gel I had. Just ordered 4 more tubes, 50 pack of syringes and 6 iv caths. It should all be here in a week so planing on adding more sometime around this time next week or weekend. Depending on how this one heals up may add a bunch. Love doing 60-80 ml sessions.

Does adding that much at once give you a fever or crazy itching? I've never added more than 20ml at a time. I've added 3x 2oz tubes so far. How many tubes have you added.
