I am looking into trying this.
Has anyone done this, if so how long does it take and what changes and benefits have you seen?

Been ball stretching for many years. I still stretch, it's fun, feels great and if you're careful, you shouldn't do any damage. Just be
sensible about it and don't over do it' There are many places that sell weights you can purchase and use.

I remember your handle, and yes....it's been a bunch of years. A huge amount of my pictures
have been left behind I think. There are some still on here but you've got to go back a good deal.

I can't say exactly. The upper one weighs 900g and the lower one about over one kg. Is custom-made.

Yes, that's a huge stretch. Wow....I like it. Here's a today shot I made. I don't know the weight amount, but it's close to my
max and still enjoy it.
