I’m afraid you’ll need to get used to it. AI’s capacity for deception is enormous. In my opinion, it may kill off forums like this one, as it will soon be entirely impossible to distinguish truth from fiction in those kinds of images.

I'm pretty sure it's not faked. Hair follicles start to look like that on extremely stretched skin. I've seen it for years.

Tryst's pics are not fake. He's been at this a very long time and he's posted lots of pics in a couple different places I've spotted. As unbelievable as his size seems... Believe it.

Initially done by a nurse in London, then a practitioner in Germany, before I started doing it myself. I have some medical training, so I felt comfortable doing that, however I did have one close call that put me in hospital for ten days.

It is very heavy. About 7.5 kg. It pulls down a lot as a result.
