After a much needed break.. I am getting back to it. I will say this.. been doing a lot of banging lately. There is a noticeable difference in my size and shape. My loads tend to shoot further. Marathon pumping works for me. In the New Year I will start with some stats. Until then.. GET THEM GAINS!
