What has become of Bigballsnow?

Just wondering what has become of Bigballsnow, the fellow with the two neuticals bull balls in his sack? He has various accounts on the Internet displaying his exploits but he seems to have been quiet for some time. Anyone have any up to date info on the current status of his eggs?

Well, he's hardly unique any more. A lot of people talked about it, but very few actually managed to go through with it, since most legitimate doctors wouldn't do the surgery. You had to go to some country without such straitlaced medicine, or find someone to do a "kitchen table" procedure.

Now that it's an accepted medical procedure in the USA, you can simply pay to have a urologist do the installation. Many of them will install any size you want, including custom sizes. The going rate is $5,000 to $6,000 USD.

American medical insurance companies generally won't pay unless it's to replace a missing testicle, so you have to pay your own way there.

I'd be walking around with a big pair now, except for that slight money problem...
