Cutting the frenulum

Hwii I'm planning on cutting/separating my frenulum from my penis head. I'm uncut I was wondering if someone could please give me advice on how i should go about doing this, or maybe walk me through how to do it... thank you

I'd done mine more by accident I had a piercing that came through the lower side of my penis and over time fitted larger size rings until the distance between the piercing and the end of the penis was about 3mm I decided to cut this through by tying a thread though the hole and after a few day the flesh died and the underside was open see photos.
