Lasting gains from Surgilube in the shaft

I've been doing Surgilube in the shaft off and on for a couple years now. Assuming I put enough in a single spot, I'll get seemingly permanent size increases. After a couple months, when all the swelling has gone down, you aren't left with much compared with what goes in. But the remaining encapsulation seems to stick around, and has a nice soft feel to it.

It's definitely harder to fit into a partner now. Lubricant helps. Otherwise it feels "normal", is really all I can describe it as. The skin is more plump but not at all tough. A bit like pumping, but it doesn't move around at all if squeezed. Although I will say that orgasms seem much more intense than they used to be.

In any event, gaining size from Surgilube is a much slower process than silicone. You keep only a small fraction of the size you get initially after injecting.

Agreed. 1 Surgilube seems to equal 3-4x in swelling for about a week and then 0.5-1x that you get to keep for a while.

I've done so many top ups with so little time between that i have no idea how long it lasts. I do know that it's been two months since my last top up and I can barely notice it getting smaller (after the initial week of swell up and new normal).

If you've never done it before I wouldn't do more than 10-20ml total.

I still do multiple injection sites but now I'll do repeated injections per needle. You just replace the syringe.
