My experience with Surgilube

This morning, First pump in about 2.5 months.
- GOt up to a little more than 16" after my last one i think.
Been hanging around 12-13” inches around for 2 weeks.

-Back before my last pump something happened to the ASTJ and it leaked really bad.
I had to tape the seam to get enough pressure to blow 16” out.
Last night I used a box cutter and sand paper to clean the seam. Epoxy worked great. I put some negative pressure on it and it pulled into the voids.

I woke up at least an hour before my alarm for work and decided to pump.
Totally forgot how good it feels.
The mass on my right size is a bout the size of a tennis ball now. Pre pump.
Did a 30 min session and then rested for 10 min and did 15 more before I realized how big I was getting.
14” after 45 min is FAST.
Now its about an hour later and im 15.25” around.

I do remember this happening when I initially injected. Even after pumping I would swell slightly more. an inch is more that slightly BUT I attribute this much more to the fact that there is a larger mass than the original one.

Took some time to pump again this evening
30 minutes then 10 off then 30 again tried to go another session but I felt really tight around the inside of the ASTJ.
Pretty sure i needed more lube because it was difficult to get out.
Got the leak fixed though.

Came out at 14.75"
an hour later and the heating pad and I was and inch bigger. 16" would have been amazing but this is enough for now.
Going take a few days off and let things rest and recover.

DTR is the best thing i have found to stretch skin for more coverage

I've had similar swelling after pumping with SL a couple times. Now I just chalk it up to the temperature of my scrotum changing. I'm still 18" every morning when I get out of my warm bed. I end every day 15-16". It repeats every day.

If I pump when everything isn't warm, and then warm up the area I'll grow a little. If the temp of my balls doesn't change, my size doesn't either.

I don't know if it's the SL doing this or just an exaggeration of what scrotums normally do when temperatures change. Either way, I change clothes mid day sometimes to deal with the different sizes and amounts they protrude. In the morning I need lots of ball room (low crotch) in pants. Evenings I need baggy untucked shirts since my "shrunken" balls stick out in front of me.

I believe that the body recognizes it as something foreign and tries to deal with it.
I've put some in a plastic bag with about 1/4 as much water and it didnt absorb it.
It takes about a week and a half to two weeks for the swelling to start.
Some of my injections have stayed swollen for weeks.
Other times it swells for less than a week.
Pumping seems to make it go away quicker BUT it also swells more and faster.

heat and cold doesnt seem to affect the size for me until the swell starts to lessen.
That is when the mass is very hard.
Right now I only managed to sleep for two hours as the size got in the way of sleeping.
I'm hovering at 15.5" or a little more right now.
i suggest trying a small injection for your first time 10mm or less. The injection part is no problem or pain at all.
THEN, wait for at least 3 weeks to see how your body will react. The side effect, if you experience then, sometimes take two weeks or so
to appear.
As far as specifically why goes. i think that squirrel wrote about that in an earlier post

I'm glad you mentioned how it all sticks out further from your body when your sack gets cold or cooler.
I take the opposite approach when it comes to pants. BUT you are a lot bigger.
By wearing tight jeans and putting them on when warm it seems like my sack flattens and doesnt stick out as much after it cools down.

One of my colleagues who has asked a lot of questions about my Friday pumps started pumping. I really think it's cool to have someone else in person to share experiences. The churchy lady still comes around to look. Kind of awkward with her. The others seem to be curious and accepting.
I guess there is a lot of acceptance for things now a days.

AGREED!

The first time is all about body tolerance and safety. It's not about size. Don't repeat the early mistakes of many of us in here. If there's no complications after a tiny test and a couple weeks you can always add more. A small test will also help you figure out if you want to ask more questions about the process.

Ive pumped three times since sunday
the encapsulation is more than twice as big than before i started Sunday morning

this morning i pumped for 75 minutes in 4 sessions
got up to 14.5"
got home from work and was 13.75"
amazing to keep that much gain.
with pumping along i would have been close to 12.

May pump tomorrow morning

wish my ASTJ didnt have a slow leak. maybe its better that way to have the slow drop off and then pull again with the vacuum.

2.5 inch gain in 90 minutes is fast.

Perhaps a bit more.
Right side mass is baseball size.
Seems like it kept its size and the loss is in the left side due to there not being any surgilube.

Went commando today to allow me to hang all day. Felt a lot better than being squashed.
Hiding not a problem because it hung low.

12CC add on April 2
15cc add on april 10

Pumped several times the week of April 2 and i think the 12cc in gone. no encapsulation 2.5 weeks later
Its been about 1.5 weeks since adding 15CC

This Weekend I'll try adding 20cc and see how it goes. That will mark 2 weeks since last add.
Encapsulation from the huge adds has been holding steady at tennis ball size.
13+" around this morning.
I'm shooting to reach between 14" and 15"
and then maintain with periodic adds of 20cc or so as needed to maintain.

If you've read my section here you know that I injected way to much at all once... more than once.
After taking a couple of months off and reading up more i decided to try again and inject smaller amounts. more frequently.

17cc add on April 24
15cc add on april 10
12CC add on April 2

Pretty sure i pumped the 12cc addition into oblivion.
Adding 15cc a week later was no problem.
the 17cc add has been no problem so far.
but
i think i'll wait another week before injecting again.
between 15-20cc again.
Right side still has a tennis ball sized mass.
and then there is all of what has been added in the last few weeks.
its soft but firm. still swelled right now.

This size of 13-14" is easy to manage.

Pumped Sunday evening a little over and hour and got within striking distance of 15"
by morning 14.25
12 hours after pumping was 14.5
the small adds have been swelling and are now equal to the encapsulation in size.

This morning I measured at a little under 14"


planning on an add this evening.
ive been gradually increasing the amount with each of the last three adds.
this evening i'll likely bump up to 20cc and see how that goes.
That will bring my monthly total to over 60cc
so far, knock on wood, smaller regular adds are working well.

Update... later that day...
about 12 hours later.
decided to go commando today to let things hang. Much more comfortable than being confined.
by noon i was feeling achy and like i had the beginnings of a cold. slight fever.
On my feet all dang day. Barely sat down for lunch.
After noon I headed to the Head and felt a lot bigger that I did this morning.
I estimated close to 15"

Just now I measured at 15.75" This is too big to disguise so I'm hoping that by morning i'll be below 15"
It's just weird because these were all small adds.
Now the mass i was adding to is way bigger that the tennis ball sized encapsulation.

Not feeling achy anymore and no fever.
I'm glad i didnt add last night and plans to add tonight have been postponed for as long as it takes.

I know that some of you have experienced the post injection swelling. Mine seems to be way more than it was when i last added in Jan.
