I've been personally curious how risky, say, breast inflation would be using N2O, or just upper body inflation in general. I've always belted off beneath my chest and plan to keep doing so until I can find more info.
Any insight? Is it too risky, or will I be fine if proper caution is taken?

Generally, the risk is profound discomfort. The worst case scenario is N02 migrates to your neck and face. This is in no way lethal, but will temporarily disfigure you and likely hurt alot. Plenty of people who suffered from accidents that caused gas to be forced into their bodies had their faces puffed up, and nothing too bad happened. They looked disturbing, and anyone who gets it describes lots of discomfort, but its not life threatening. But in a worst case scenario, your neck, mouth, lips, nose, eyelids, and face area will be puffy, and rice kripsy until the N02 fully reabsorbs. Best case scenario, Id say it stops at your neck due to the tightness of the skin around your face. But I dont know.
Basically id just say tie off well, maybe consider wearing a tight fitting choker to limit migration. (Migration will happen regardless, you can only prevent it with airtight seals, which is not going to happen around your neck, at least for longer than 10 seconds. All a choker would do is minimize the amount that flows. It may be possible a belly infusion would open up space for the N02 to migrate downwards, taking the path of least resistance. Or it will just dissipate evenly and you wont be able to stop it, its hard to tell since almost no one has done this, and the ones that have didn't document it well)

Thank you! This is just what I needed to hear. My main concern was the gas being near my heart or my head, but if it's non lethal, just potentially uncomfortable, I'm okay to guinea pig this. I'm going to try this today:
1) Belt off under chest and inflate the belly
2) Move belt to under armpits
3) Inflate near sternum and see if gas travels up and how it feels

Well here it is. First, a normal photo before inflation
Just the belly And finally the upper body. Did a few insertions.
There are a few areas that seem to require a lot of gas to start to round out. It's my goal to one day have a smooth inflated done going from my chest down to my fat pad. No creases. No real discomfort or pain. I'm keeping the belt longer than I usually do to prevent further migration.
I'm excited to try this more! I didn't realize this was actually possible.

Literally anything on your body with skin can be inflated in this manner. The only real issue with things like inflating higher is just around more sensitive areas like your face it gets weird.
People have inflated their hands, arms, legs, butt, and all other parts of their body before. Because its under the skin theres no risk of it interacting with internal organs. The only exception would have been a guy that poked a hole straight through his naval and inflated the cavity within his stomach that holds the organs. But when inflating directly under the skin, the risk is generally the same as it is with scrotal inflations.

I've seen the hand one, looked funny. I've also seen the one who did saline in the peritoneal cavity. I've been tempted to try that, too, but I think I'll stay w/ beneath the skin. Good to know this is as safe as anywhere else. Do want to avoid face inflation, though - that doesn't sound pleasant (even if I'm curious)pornyporn wrote: ↑Sat May 28, 2022 5:13 am Literally anything on your body with skin can be inflated in this manner. Raising this old thread of mine from the dead to post this new video! I did a belly inflation that I then allowed to spread upwards.
