I have experimented with pumping under clothes. Not very practical, but for the occasional thrill it is quite nice. Can't say I expect much in the way of gains with the small cylinder, but the sucking action feels great, amd the naughty factor is exhilarating. To be fair it does leave me girthy and plumped.
