Some things Ive Added to my routine. Tissue scraping with a cheap Amazon scraper or with a thin quartz piece I have and have been using a canning jar utensil to get a deep internal jelq going on.

Thanks! Pumping has definitely darkened my member but I don’t mind it! Does your foreskin cover your glands? Is the tube appropriate to your size? Do you use lube? These are some things that could be making you feel a lack of stretch inside to tube.

i think any type of heat is better then no heat. Give one of the red light inferred heat pads a try. The color wavelength is suppose to promote regeneration.

I try and start inside of a 2” and work my way up. The 1.75 E is actually not that bad since it’s oval in shape it gives room for my cock to bulge into. I recommend a 2” but it really depends on your shape.
